Habit 2: Sleep For At Least 6 Hours A Day
This Habit Project is still going strong, friends. I just wasn’t able to post an update last weekend.
Habit 2 wasn’t as difficult as I thought it would be. Except for one day last week that I had to stay longer in the office, I slept 6 hours every day.
What I found really difficult was going to bed early, which most probably what kept me from sleeping longer. I haven’t figured out how to address that. I thought working out every day would make it easier for me to face plant by the end of the day, but it didn’t.
I think SO MANY THOUGHTS when there’s nothing else to do but stare at the ceiling and sleep but not sleep. It’s frustrating.
It would make sense to make Sleeping Early Habit #3, but I want to google more on the topic first. Otherwise, I’ll be setting myself up for failure. Please feel free to share tips or link reference materials.
